		<description><![CDATA[An inspirational woman! I&#039;m glad she achieved what she did - but we (black community) need more people like her. I for example crave the leadership and mentor-ship of someone who has dreamt the dream and is now living it (apart from my dad - love my dad); especially from a woman. Currently, in the media there is a lack of high profile black individuals who are positive role-models. All we are been fed are the stereotypes. People need to know people to get somewhere so positive black role models need to stand up and take charge. Mavis I would love to meet you. It hurts me when people use &#039;black&#039; in a derogatory manner, we need to fight to reduce the statistics. &#039;Black power&#039;. Folake, good story.]]></description>
