Thanks for sharing this Segun. Alot of us could get so comfortable with the monthly fish being given to us. I think the best form of security is learning how to fish itself.

I worked with a boss that didn’t know how to move his company forward, and was too insecure to admit it. Even though he didn’t want me to leave,I still quit to start my own business.

I lack words to actually express my appreciation concerning this piece because it is a reality and thought-provoking. Thank you very much for the words of advice and wisdom given to us that find ourselves in the Ajibade’s shoe. However, there is no job security anywhere in as much you are working for someone. By same token job-holders should not be complacent.
