Nice article Adaobi Duru. Its clearly important that an organization distinguishes its CSR from PR but the question is, how much difference is there between PR and CSR in the real sense of it? CSR has become and remains a clear case of using one stone to kill two birds for most companies. For every action there must be a reason, a company performs its social responsibilities so as to be known as a good company and thus boost its relationship with its stakeholders. Therefore, in simply term,it may be hard to really separate the two, a socially irresponsible company will definitely have a daunting task ahead for its PR officer!
