		<description><![CDATA[Great article which is much appreciated by many others who have been affected by so-called &#039;Flying Dutchmen&#039; situations not least with &#039;colonial employers&#039; (sic!) The British Council and The FCO are of course amongst the worst offenders - and not just in West Africa but also India, France, Poland and Palestine to name just four:
